Mcdonald's - Hager City, WI

I placed a pickup order with their app that charged me immediately because I was close by. It was for breakfast items and I ordered 10:24. I arrived 10:31 due to traffic, and they had decided to cancel my order because breakfast had ended 10:30. After waiting in the curbside spot for 5 minutes and no one coming out, I went through the drive thru and was told that they had cancelled my order. The person who cancelled my order then wanted me to come inside to fix it, even though they were the problem. I’ve lived in multiple towns nearby, and I can say this McDonald’s is the only one that will cancel an order that was placed well before the end of breakfast after the customer has paid because they arrived moments too late to order it at the drive thru. I am very disappointed, and they still owe me $17.

Just drive thru for an ice cream cone. The ice cream is good and they make good cones.

It’s McDonald’s, so is it really 5 star food? No. Is it 5 star for McDonald’s? Absolutely yes. They’ve actually got good management that runs these crews and they do a pretty darn good job at everything. Very impressive for McDonalds.

It’s like every morning I come for breakfast sandwich every single lady on just hates her life and definitely shares that with customers, if you don’t like your job get a new one
