Mcdonald's - Hagatna

The staff was super friendly. My order was quickly fulfilled.

6 employees, all of whom have appeared in the front, pay more attention to the drive-thru orders than customers are facing them. No greetings at all and once an employee asked if I helped her manager (male), she says to do something, then another female employee comes into the register and says I can help here.

Pretty slow service, although the only customer there at the time. You must definitely have more trained employees on the register, our at the time had to restart our order 3 times before they got it. Must always double check the food, had missing things or given the wrong food quite a lot. McDonald's is McDonald's so despite the problems, I'm thrilled!

Service was amazing. I have exactly what I wanted. Maite McDonald's is doing a fantastic job, or so their employees. Thank you again. Go on. In any case, come to this point.

They finally made the milkshake, fries, and frappe just perfectly. I can finally taste the mocha in the frappe, the thickness in the milkshake and the fries is nice and hot with just the right amount of salt.
