I asked for a short oleato latte. It was very watered down and they gave me a grande instead. Not worth the money spent and consistently their drinks have been terrible. The Starbucks in Chester is much better.

Stood in line for 15 minutes. There were three people working. In that 15 minutes they took 1 order and made 1 coffee.There was a line of roughly 11 people behind me, most of which left shortly after I did. Ridiculous.

Asked for a Tall Chai Latte with half pumps should be 1.5 pumps. Guy at register writes it on the side of the cup. Get the drink, turns out the guy wrote 5 pumps; quite a lot of flavor for a 12 oz drink. Had to water it down with more milk when I got home.
