Bidrage med feedbackI had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
We ordered wonton soup, stinky tofu, sesame noodles, fish dumplings, and another dish that I can't recall. The food was decent, but there are definitely better options in the area, including in the plaza. It wasn't very flavorful, but it was satisfactory. The service can be hit or miss, with some days feeling more aggressive than others. However, the restaurant itself is charming.
Do NOT come here. this place has recently changed to lanzhou noodle place. We ordered noodle and they were lack of flavors like the soup was just taste like water. I only took a bit and couldn't finish it. Also, imagine the chef and servers orders food from another restaurant?? That says alot! It means they don't even eat what they cook! They even ordered white rice. And what's worst, I got severe nausea for hours and hours from the noodle or side dishes which I'm not sure of. after I got up, I got all these allergy bumps from yestersay on my thighs.... Don't ever com here again. Bad food and get you sick.
We love this place. Taiwanese courts were amazing. my wife loves what was done beautifully. Chinese bark burrito was crispy and tasted delicious. these are many ways to choose from vegan to season hot chili dishes. tufu skin spinat with cubes. the price for everyone was appropriate. 5 dishes for 2 people expected to spend under $50.
The highlight of this restaurant is the generous portion size - a bowl is enough for two people. The noodles were freshly made and had a pleasant chewy texture in the soup. While the soup base was good, it was not outstanding. The cold noodles were too firm, making them difficult to eat. I prefer my noodles to be chewy but not too tough, and the noodles in the soup had the perfect texture. The seaweed supplement paired well with the wine. The red oil pork belly was not overly spicy and was very tasty. The tofu skin lacked flavor and had a tough texture. The server seemed overwhelmed with the crowded weekend rush, making them a bit slow to respond. Despite this, I will return to try the knife-cut noodles and hopefully have a better dining experience next time.
