I have lived over a year in hairy and never noticed this restaurant, but better late than never! this place is a new favorite. the food was absolutely delicious and bursting with taste. the wine variety is limited, but a beautiful selection. I ordered a hendricks gin tonic and it could be that it was the best I ever had in my life. I highly recommend to give el pincho an attempt as they will not be disappointed.

If they like Spanish tapas of very good quality, this is the place to go. delicious! and a good one to their meal. try the tarte de santiago for dessert. we enjoyed our stay. combined to stay at the beach zandvoort and to visit hairy.

I was amazed by the fact that quality of the food was even more improved. It was already very good, but now it was even awesome. Also very quick service. Great staff. Maybe one critical note would be the small choice of craft beers.
