Bidrage med feedbackThat was a Wahnsin's night! For a round birthday loaded with nearly 50 people we experienced a Bavarian evening of superlatives! The atmosphere and all around it, the landscape, the Hauser up to the courtyard was all picturesque how to paint it for Bavaria! The courtyard is beautifully guarded, and the seating is far more convenient than a classic beer tent set. In the middle of the yard there is a small barbecue hut, which prepares and offers grill dishes with salad and frying. But of course there is also a great delicacies card. With Pfifferling and Bavarian classics! We received the musical underpainting through a Bavarian vocal duo with devil violin. Really wonderful!!! It was a perfect evening all around. Even the food tasted fantastic. It tasted all through. The pork roast with the dark beer sauce was fantastic. The meat could be divided with the spoon. The sauce and the sauerkraut tasty, no bags or finished products. Taste a dream! The Semmelknödel, on the other hand, has failed completely that many found. He was too dry, too solid and solid. simply not what the rest of the food promised. At my table, pork sprinklers were fed with pifferlings and Spätzle, 1/2 Grillhähnchen, Schnitzel and Holzfallsrsteak with pleasant comments The dessert, which was ordered later hour, was just as delicious. We had at our table Zwetschgenknödel and apple strudl. These were also great portions and both fantastic delicious!!! Last of service: not only a perfect meal makes a restaurant but also the service and so was it. Our waiter was just great, and we had a lot of fun. The beverage orders came flott and he was always present! Great praise to this farm!!!!!
In general, it was once again possible for us to set up the time for a short holiday at the Hartl resorts in Bad Griesbach. This time we chose the Gutshof in Uttlau for our overnight stay and the culinary experiences. The impressive historic Vierseithof is picturesquely located in the small village of Uttlau near Bad Griesbach or the Golfodrom. The beautiful golf course of the same name starts right next door. The hotel rooms are decorated in the typical Hartl country house style, the Junior Suite we booked was very spacious and well maintained. On the basis of the archeological conditions of such a former farm, the interior rooms are of course somewhat darker and somewhat more silent due to the sympathetic gastronomy in the courtyard, which did not disturb us as active guests. Operation The kindness of the staff around the host BIrgit Bachmeier is remarkable. Although we were not regular guests, we were always addressed with names and were equally supervised. The team was competent, fast, fleissig and showed many positive charitable properties as expected in the gastronomy but are now increasingly experienced. Impressively, the overall performance was in a crusty moment when from now on a thunderstorm with storm and heavy rain, so that all guests with their meals and drinks escaped from the courtyard to the restaurant. They did not hear and saw any panic or desperate murmurs of waiters, who were even wet and ran a risk that they could no longer assign the open guest bills properly and completely. With the support of the kitchen and the sinker, all the equipment was secured, the guests helped to move to the dry and as soon as the thunderstorm had disappeared on this otherwise lukewarm summer evening, the tables and benches were simply dried so that the remaining guest group could feel comfortable in the courtyard again. Very professional and not self-evident! The food On the first evening there was a barbecue for all in the courtyard. The seductive scent of golden brown roasted chickens left us no other choice, we had to order them (8.50 € per 1 2 chicken with potato and herb salad! Together with a well-cooled bottles of a summer cuveés (17.50 € it was a dream of a low-bayerian romantic evening in this pleasant Gutshof atmosphere. WIr stayed at tasty strawberry cake dessert until the late evening. On the second day, after golfing, we ordered several elements from the Bread Time Card to be freshly tapped beer and were not disappointed here either whether sülze, Bread Time Plate, Obatzter and Co. (between 4€ and 11€ everything from very good home maker quality. We finished the culinary delight with a tasty home-fired peasant fruit (3€). Only the offer of the sausage ham cut cheese plates breakfast buffet in beautiful, cozy peasants has something amazed us. Here we would have liked a little more regionality and the breakfast team a better temperature-controlled refrigeration cabinet, because the cut product started to sweat very quickly, but this deficiency could be fixed relatively easily if desired. Otherwise everything was a true pleasure and exceeded our high expectations! The expectations of an estate with an appropriate ambience as historically sophisticated are very high. One would like to experience the simplicity of an earlier period, but the conveniences do not completely dispense with a 4 star hotel standards of the present. We were allowed to experience a beautiful property that was lovingly decorated, extremely gas-torientated and equipped with contemporary furnishing elements for well-being and relaxation.
