Cafe Hugo - Haapsalu

Make sure you have plenty of time to wait for service at this restaurant. The staff is polite and the food is delicious, but the service is extremely slow. A couple at the table next to us waited for minutes before they received their menus, causing them to ultimately leave. Despite the slow service, the food itself is excellent with no complaints.

I would suggest not obstructing the beautiful sea view at the cafe with a poster or large plastic box of toys. The Hugo's pumpkin coconut soup is a must-try and absolutely delicious.

The restaurant is located right on the water with a beautiful view. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There was background music playing, adding to the overall ambiance.

Food here is rather tasty, a bit small portions though. Great location, chill.
