The staff is nice! The leadership still has room to improve!! The rooms are extremely dirty, the toilet was dirty and not after us!! The air conditioning can be used for 5000 extra, but of course it belongs to every room! You can also use the jacuzzi for 2,500, and if you press on, you can thank the lady in person! I warmly recommend it to everyone!
The place was below criticism. My partner and I spent 2 nights here, but we had complaints about almost everything. The selection of breakfast was poor and you had to wait for refills. The rantotta was covered in fat, made with huge fatty pieces of bacon and insufficiently sautéed onions. I don't even dare to say that the soft drink container has been circulating the colored tasteless balls that they offer. I found ants in the coffee and the chicory coffee was actually not bean coffee [this is just a tip, but it is plausible because of the taste of the pods] The dinner would be better in a stand than in a restaurant. [I don't think there is a chef] The cleanliness is not a Nobel Prize, nor is the helpfulness of the receptionist. I could only single out the service staff, those who try to raise the standard of the place with their kindness, but unfortunately in vain due to our many negative experiences. 3 words come to mind about the place: poor, amateur, unpretentious. I recommend it only to those with strong nerves Rooms: Dirty, retro Food drinks: Below critical
It's a pity that there is no minus star, because this place is below criticism, together with the lake bath. The room was dirty and retro, there were hairs in the bed, the furniture was dusty, and the fan had years of dust on it. There was no air conditioning in the room, only with an extra charge of HUF 5,000 per day, but the reception would have turned it on and off (joke). In the middle of summer, there was neither iced coffee nor iced porridge, even though it had been written on the notice board for days, but not even normal coffee... At breakfast, there were 3 types of cold cuts, butter and margarine cut into small cubes, the coffee machine was swarming with ants, which the we took it out of coffee. Sunbeds were not available for rent, which would be basic for an inn next to a bathing place, but the staff was not even aware of whether this was possible at the lake bath. The water of the lake was pure green algae and duck droppings, the food stalls were open very randomly, except for the gyros who gave huge portions and delicious food at a good price. The small kotel restaurant in the middle of the lake was the best place, together with the gyros, it is of high quality. At the lake spa, a VIP ticket of 5,000 HUF would have included a sunbed, which almost anyone could use, because they would lie down and unsupervised next to the cool place of the Thai massage. I don't predict much time for either the lake bath or the pension in such a crisis time with such a business policy, and in its current state I don't recommend it to a discerning person either!
