Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant had a lovely ambiance and the food was delicious. Despite it not being a busy night, there was a delay in getting the food to our table, causing my guests to grow tired and wanting to fall asleep while waiting.
We absolutely adored our elegant wedding and reception at this place. The vintage charm and the owner, Kim, added a special touch, making our day perfect.
The staff is very welcoming, the food is outstanding, and the service is fast. A great place for a delicious meal.
We had lunch on the terrace for weeks and it was excellent. service was friendly and professional and the food was excellent.
We have booked and were first at 17.30 on Tuesday 02 august 2022. we were a party of 4 adults. we were menus and ordered cob loaf brot to start with dips. at the same time (approx. 5.20 clock, we have ordered drinks to start with and also our main courses (it gave starter on the menu, but we all decided to go right after the brot). I had ordered a mid-week package that included a main and dessert. the main dishes were delivered at about 6.15 o'clock and these were all very tasty and well presented (lamb shaft for me, and the others were a filet mignon steak, rack of lamb, and a seafood hot pot). we had the net around approx. 7.00pm consumed, and at this time there was another dessert plate that was ordered to add to the dessert that I had ordered in the frame of the package; (two of us decided not to have dessert). around 7.45 a.m. we reminded the waiter of the desserts, who apologised for the delay and said that a great party served in another room, not our care. Obviously, there seemed to be a lack of sufficient employees to deal with the big group that we have led to believe that it was also pre-ordered. around 8.30 clock there was no sign of desserts yet, so that we calculate and leave our bill. another question was the lack of availability and variety of wein through the glass; this was limited to only a minor series of house wine. Certainly some of the better quality wines from the glass could be available with the ability to obtain fresh by cold. also in this time of necessity, the amount of alcohol driving due to drinks, responsible service of alcohol, etc., with a greater availability of better quality wines by the glass would be appreciated by the guests. finally, our waiter seemed to be missing something about crying; he did not seem to know about the despair of wooded/baked chardonnay in comparison to wein which was fermented in stainless steel vines.
