Bidrage med feedbackMy four-year-old niece had an amazing time. I wasn't there in about a decade. But we had a bad experience with the manager Stephanie. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. But this lady Stephanie was very rude and evil, as she spoke with her team members behind the counter before other guests and children.
It was very clean and the staff were very nice! I am just not a fan of the new pricing and I miss all the good coupons...we were frequent customers but now not as often
We went there for a 2 year olds birthday, ordered the combo package and a cake. Food was good, hot and done fast. The cake took longer than expected but it was still pretty good.
Hands down one of the best places to take the children. The manager Crystal explained new cards to me in details. It wasn't here so long, it was nice that the friendly manager and her team helped me understand how they don't have tokens anymore. Wow, I'm old! But again call Manager Crystal and her excellent team
After we take $250 with my financing for 90 minutes 5 children for a little Sunday fun we found a game and we win, so Stephanie came by and unplugged the machine mud game, refused to reimburse the time we had played and refused to pay back even the single game credit. She made our 8-year-old scream and went away and smiled behind her mask. She said the game should not fall tokens, but it is a coin-waterfall game and that is its design. They had better believe they were reported to the bbb, corporate and the Illinois Gaming Commission. Update: I was told that someone would come out more about the compensation and they would bleed me out.
