Burger Point Sector 30, Gurgaon

I was a regular customer till now, went on 9th February 2020 and i was surprised to find that they served stale fries, using poor quality oil, it smelled wrong. Wont recommended if you care for your health.. ... Basis your reply, I would like to notify that I indeed informed the person abt this, but he said nothing, and gave an excuse that they were frozen that is why is tasting like that.

I am posting this feedback little late due to busy schedule. It was on last friday when i placed an order for veg chowmein which i picked up on my own. After my return i served noodles to my kids which was too oily and it had small stones which both kids chewed and then puked. Then i contacted burger point sec 31 who was so adamant and not ready to hear the complaint/ feedback. He keps arguing and did not accept the feedback. Instead offered to collect another plate of noodles free of cost on which i replied and told him that i am not giving this feedback to get free food . I just expected him to investigate and find out how this quality of food was being served to his customers. I dont recommend burger point to anyone I have posted few videos under photos for all of you to see the extra amount of oil served in noodles

Cheat is the word for them. This happened so many times with us Ordered food paid online but food did not reach , money got deducted and no refund , please don't use thier app and website. Even not proving support help. FRAUD APP
