Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to place order. Totally ignored. When someone finally showed up. Only wanted a cup of coffee with cream. Out of cream. Bathrooms dirty. Outside trash over flowing. What a

Food quality.... it's a McDonalds... it's the same everywhere. Atmosphere... it's the same as everywhere. BUT.... Service was deplorable. 3PM on a Sunday afternoon... no one in the drive thru two people in front of me. It took 20 minutes after I ordered a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder with Cheese, shake, two fries and a Coke. At 15 minutes, I caught the managers attention, he said we are working on it and got behind.... there was no one on the store. At 20 minutes, I got my food. IT WAS COLD. They forgot my drink and when I asked for it, the employee tossed the cup at me. I don't expect first class service at McDonalds... but I do expect good service in a fast food place, hot food, and no attitude when I ask for what I paid for. And $28 for what I ordered is obscene.

Came in during their busy lunch hours. Placed a mobile order but took longer then expected to receive it. They messed up the order in the process and mixed our meals with another customer. Took awhile but it was finally correct... The woman's bathroom was out of order so everyone had to wait and shared the men's room.

One star One basic reson. I'm very sorry. But I have to be honest and just speak up. Because what I see happening is just plain wrong. Anyone in higher management or corporate needs to realize the reality of the future and what is happening. That's is witnessed by what see see unfolding in society day by day...Lately, basically, I'm under sanctions by the banks. The US dollar is a fraudulent currency. That's is a fact. Not an opinion. The history books of the future will talk about this ancient era in great details. Let your customers pay in cryptocurrency or at least cash! Dad gets gummit. For Pete's sake. This this not a joke! The best advice a customer can give to any forward future thinking corporation that will survive beyond our lifetimes.

20 minutes for two drinks! They were also using the hand washing for food prep! We waited for 15 minutes before backing up to the window. They handed over messy, sticky cups when finally giving us our order. One would think that 20 minutes would allow them enough time to wipe the cups down before handing them over. The frappés were super runny as well.
