W456 Upscale American - Gun Barrel City

W456 an Upscale American Restaurant opened in 2019. Dave and Thomas implemented a vision of bringing a unique flare to the Gun Barrel City lunch and dinner scene. W456, is headed by Chef Nick and his team serving exquisite dishes to the loyal patrons of this wonderful community. On the floor is Katy, with a small army of dedicated servers working to make your every minute here worth it. Here, modern décor over takes the senses, whether you are in the dining room, or in The Windsor room or in the absolutely beautiful garden you will enjoy every second.

Great food and drinks. Best place to get some top notch food and a great atmosphere in the cedar creek lake area. Hats off to the chef. The owner even touched our table. Will definitely be back.

Went for Sunday brunch. Overall the food was good but some things were lacking and made no sense. The pancake/waffle syrup gravy are on the left of the pancakes/waffles biscuits so one has to back track the line to get to the syrup or gravy??? The eggs, pancakes waffles went far to long being empty. The bacon was swimming in its own grease to which a simple food pan drain shelf would eliminate. Through the entirety of our meal we had a huge gnat visiting each of our plates and faces. In the restroom the paper hand towels are kept on top of the toilet tank so that each time the toilet is flushed the micro particles of the toilet contents can settle on aforementioned paper towels and then when you use the paper towels to dry your hands uh yea I think you get the picture. I personally spoke to the manager on the way out and mentioned the gnat and bathroom paper towel placement and she just nodded her head and said ok. No apology whatsoever no smile nothing. Hell she could have just faked that she cared and that would have sufficed. I wasn?t even going to leave a review at all but her non caring attitude was really ridiculous.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in we had an amazing experience. The restaurant has a great ambiance with a beautiful eclectic decor. The server was very accommodating and knowledgeable; she went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. The food was exceptional! Kuddos to the chef who accommodated to my dietary needs. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Can't say enough about W456, from the service to the food everything was top notch. Our server was probably the most attentive I have ever had. The food was to die for and the desserts were perfect. The owner was awesome and had a great conversation with everyone in the restaurant. I am already planning my next trip to W456 and look forward to enjoying the outdoor area when it's a little cooler out. Get down to Gun Barrel City and enjoy W456!
