Dee's Hangout - Gulf Lagoon Beach

Friendly, casual dining experience. Many good choices mostly grilled or fried seafood. Salads, tacos, and sides and beef choices. We had the calamari and the white queso dip. I had the Argentinian steak tacos the meat was very tender and good chimichurri sauce. Came with a bag of Zaps? voodoo chips not crazy about those. Other meals were the Catfish étouffée special, ahi tuna appetizer, she crab soup, and mixed fried seafood. Everyone enjoyed the food. Service was outstanding. Thanks, Shayna! Looking forward to coming here again!

Great place to stop and eat, the staff was excellent, and the food was delicious. This is a must stop for anyone wanting a good meal and courteous people.

Very good dinner at Dee's. A little bit of a wait, but my server was pleasant and had great suggestions. Excellent seafood gumbo soup with the right amount of spice to be rich and interesting. Dee's lemon garlic shrimp was very good with the French roll. The restaurant was busy but with many happy customers that added a casual atmosphere and was easy to talk.

Food was very good we got the three dips appetizer and Wednesday special fried chicken with gravy- mashed potatoes and we tried the fried cheese grits. It was very good and music was awesome. Our server was very attentive and kept our teas filled. We will visit again.

Great place if you like rats . Grotesque health inspection report!!! The health department closed the restaurant.
