Best Mexican food I've tried un a long time???? 5 stars plus plus plus

After a long and awesome tour at the Naval Aviation Museum, we were hungry and ready for some grub. Being from Victoria Texas, we were craving some Mexican food. Googled Mexican cuisine and came across Xiscali Taqueria. Their rating was at a 4.5 so we decided to give it a try. We were glad we did because this place is hands down one of the best Mexican Taqueria's I've ever eaten from. I ordered the street tacos and they were good. Not good but damn good. Not your run of the mill street tacos mind you, these ST's were out of this World. My wife's beef plate special was just fantastic and our daughters quesadillas super. Simply delicious and the price is on. This joints food is better than those high priced Mexican Restaurants! Give it a try folks, you'll be glad you did

Ordered the steak Chimichanga and the steak was flavorless and semi dry. The rice was dry and over cooked. I should have asked for my money back so I could spend it at another establishment but I feel that is rude so here is my review instead. Would not recommend.

Food is priced for a sit down restaurant and it's dry. No take out utensils and they acted like a bag and boxes were too expensive to let us have for our leftovers. You have to go around the people ordering at the counter just to get a refill at the drink machine. I gave it a 2 guacamole deluxe was yummy and margaritas might be good. The lady up front was nice

This place is great! Staff is friendly with excellent service and the place is shiny clean. The food was great! I ordered the Burrito California Asada (delicious) even my kids ate it and the salsa is so good!!!
