Impromptu dinner right outside Avignon! Great ambience, attentive service and creative menu! Desserts were delicious and they have a daily Prix-fixe that is very reasonably priced!

Very welcoming place, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful setting. Staff is very professional and pleasant! The waitress and chef speaks English very well which can be handy for the travellers. Also good for kids. The kids menu is of very nice quality food. We only took the daily menu and everything was delicious. Brochettes de légumes, this was a surprise but it was light, tasty and leave you with a feeling that you could eat another ton of it. The filet mignon was very tender and tasty, served with a sweet potato mash out of this world! The chef is a sweet potato magician! I didn’t even wait for my dessert to write this review. I haven’t randomly bumped into such a great place for ages. So thank you La Tonnelle! I’m only passing by but I’m gutted this place is 8h away from my house, it would have been my new favorite place!
