The dressing nicely balanced with matching acid note. The potato salad was not our case now. Very sparingly seasoned and an oil with very strong taste was used, we just didn't get what for one. In the pigshaxe the skin was on top and was very crispy. The haxe was well seasoned but very dry and the meat was badly detached from the bone despite extra knives. The sauce was simply made, nothing special, tasteful okay. The same thing with the sour wort, because you don't have to eat right now. The two Semmelknödel were not bad, beautifully spiced and with a firmer consistency as we like them. The three pieces of pork fillet were super delicate, pink fried and sharply seasoned.The sauce deliciously tasted with light pfeffer note and light cream flavor. Just incredible! My children had a long-awaited dream-the Legoland in Günzburg and now in the summer holidays 2019 it was finally finished. So I was looking for a suitable family-friendly accommodation and met the Hotel Münz der Familie Walz in the middle of the beautiful city of Günzburg. The first calls were very friendly and the booking in a family-friendly room was no problem. After an arrival of about 350 km the reception was very warm, you notice the family roll itself has two children! We experienced wonderful days in a very family environment and would like to thank Family Walz for the very loving hospitality! Family Hölzer from Thuringia
Restaurant service has been catastrophic there several times, today the absolute bird has shot off unfortunately. Brauereigasthof from 1586 very nicely preserved and maintained. Service very attentive and friendly. The food was very good - pear roasts with Spätzle beer roasts with Bavarian herbs and Hg. Semmelknödel and Schweinhaxe. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the house is very inspired by the historical year of construction. But we wanted it.
