Subway - Guelph

Very bad customer service. No greeting on arriving and no greeting while delivery of food. Sauce is not perfect. I have baddest customer service experience in past 3 years.

How to kill a small business? Hire unprofessional and rude staff. Got a sub last evening and the person didn’t even ask me for what bread I need, just started making my sandwich. When requested for more lettuce, got a reply that then I’ll not be able to fold your sandwich in a very rude tone. Love to support small businesses but please let’s take some time and train your staff and tell them to be polite.

Not only is the food Delicious but the customer service at this location is incredible! It’s always such a great experience going there, both gentleman working are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you leave a happy customer! 10/10!

Me and my daughter were there yesterday and got the exact same sub. Both of us are now down and out with food poisoning. Chicken teriyaki sub.

Pretty fast service I come here often, great work five stars!
