Ray's Chinese - Guelph

Save your money, go somewhere else. I've had a horrendous experience at this restaurant. The counter attendant as well as the entire staff are racist. I went in to buy a meal but to my surprise, the guy at the reception, sat as though they were closed, I moved closer to the counter to place an order, he walked away as though he didn't see anyone walk in, yet there was no other customer at the restaurant. Then, the worst part came when their kitchen staff came to the reception, she said horrible racist term in Chinese, ordering the receptionist not to take my order, not being aware of my proficiency in chinese. Bottom line, do not order food here unless you are Chinese or have the stomach for their rubbish, even the atmosphere is unkept.

Ray's is the best chinese food I've ever had! The noodles are incredible even on their own! I got the fried noodles with sauce, hunan beef and vegetable fried rice! So good, would highly recommend! The service is also very quick, food is ready in less than half an hour!

I got beef lo Mein and it was really bad no sauce or seasoning just bland plain noodles and a couple pieces of bland beef and a very small amount of vegetables the ribs I got were pretty good but everything else was

The absolute worst Chinese place in guelph. The owners are classless, ignorant and cheap. Ordered a beef dish, 3 tiny strands of beef in entire thing, I didn't pay 20$ for 3$ of vegetables made to look like you're getting your money's worth. Don't advertise it as a beef dish if there's no beef in it.Chicken fried rice has little to no chicken, no egg. Again the owner is CHEAP and doesn't care about reputation or food.Never again, and none of my friends or family either.
