Kfc - Guelph

My uncle and I stopped here around lunch time on a usual weekday. We waited an hour for a small order. The store looked like it was being run by TWO staff, one taking orders and one cooking. I was watching multiple customers ask status on theirfood. Their pop machine is also very dull. The brisk lemonade has no taste thus just pouring water. The store had a spill thatwas sticky so it had obviously been sitting right in the line for ordering.

The manger was very rude and swore at me and then closed the drive thru window. I ask for 2 extra sauces with my large popcorn chicken. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning. Just disgusted from their service. If their was negative stars Iwould give. This was Oct 29 at 5:15pm

Absolutely horrible, will never return, got a 3 piece chicken dinner, you could ring the grease out of it, fries were dried out and cold, gravy had no taste like it was watered down !! My dinner consisted of my pop. The pigeons and seaguls had a goodfeast, as I tossed my whole 10.00 out the window it wasn't even fit for my dog, he didn't want it either . I figured that itcould be just that 1 time was bad and I tried again, each time it was disgusting !! Will drive across town for a different KFCor Mary Browns will get my busn. Also reading through reviews from as far back as 1.5 yrs ago, they don't even care about thiseither . DONT WASTE YOUR ON LINING THEIR POCKETS ...DONT GO ! DONT DO IT .

They always keep less staff. I have seen many customers walking out. It seems like manager or owner wants to save labour. But in reality, they are loosing customers and the quality. It was busy today and they barely had 3-4 people. It look them 8 mins tojust take one order inside the store. I think the manager or owner is taking advantage of this hardworking people.

Can I give less than one star? Bathrooms are completely disgusting. Unattended unclean. Toilet full of feces and urine. Waited 20 minutes for a SANDWICH. When asked what's taking so long Manager says order is made fresh and Patty, (chicken sandwich) weredropped five minutes ago. Food is COLD TO THE TOUCH 1 minute after receiving. DO NOT EAT HERE.
