Arby's - Guelph

The Manager there.. talk about if looks could kill, you would be dead the moment you walked in. The place is run down. Do not exspect a smile, especially from the old granny & manager there . we asked for a order, drive through, it was her taking it . then said, ok we have a second order. She was like.. a what ! A second order? We repeated it 3 or 4 times. The disapproval in her voice was obvious. So she took it , reluctantly. We get to the window, she deals with the first order, then sends a second spaced out girl to serve the second. She could barely speak & sounded like she was ready to fall asleep any second.In a kid's meal bag. Making a point obviously.Ok, come on.The seasoned fries were burnt to a crisp. Ask for freash The turkey ranch & bacon sandwich is the best. Milkshakes are a good size & decent price. Just do not ask for two separate meals or exspect friendly service. You will not get it. Plus I suggest drive thru. The outside & interiour are way below average to eat inside. grungy comes to mind & it has been here for ages. Never been upgraded. Needs a complete overhaul, including management. Just a friendly warning.

Very very slow drivethrough. Sandwich was cold and the bun was stale. Roast beef was delicious however, i just pulled it out and threw the rest of the sandwich away. Fries were good if undercooked. Wont be going back any time soon.

My favorite is the Market Freash roast beef sandwich. I like the style of putting it on good fresh bread instead of some type of bun. Also, the plain roast beef is always juicy and has a great flavor.

The food is always amazing. You can't go wrong with a Beef N Cheddar with curly fries. The Orange milkshakes are great,

The roast beef here is typically very good just like any other Arby's. This location leaves much to be desired though. The restaurant is very run down and looks awful. It has obviously been here for a long time but that's no excuse for poor maintenance. It's a good thing that the food is where it should be for Arby's otherwise this place would be a waste of time. Corporate really needs to get on refreshing this location.
