Guachinche El Puertito - Gueimar

We loved this place. Not just the great food but the whole experience. No one spoke a word of English. No menu just a list of what was on offer. My Spanish wasn't good enough so a couple of locals tried to help us by translating some of the dishes. The only thing we really understood was el pollo y papas so that was what we had! Best meal we've had and only 18 euros with drinks! Next time we'll just ask him to recommend a dish. We'll be back again next week !

Visited for lunch today asked the lovely waiter for a recommendation and had a delicious meal with red house wine, followed by ‘The Best Coffee in Puertito de Guimar’! And a brandy. Wish we were staying longer!

Fuimos con intención de comer allí y lleva cerrado un tiempo según una vecina. Nuestro gozo en un pozo..

Lo recomendamos.Hemos comido bien.No te dan carta ni precios, te dicen lo que tienen, tampoco hay mucha variedad... Pero lo que pedimos estuvo muy bien. La ensalada mixta muy grande. Y un plato de tacos de solomillo con patatas y setas enorme para compartir. El queso a la plancha rico. Precio normal. El pan lo cobran. Las bebidas son un poco caras.

Un Ferrolano a las 17h de hoy le casca 5 estrellas a este guachinche, espectacular...nos ha encantado
