A sign in front of wild says vegan options. in guatemala is just the recognition that vegan options exist a plus, so we have tried wild. we asked what the vegan options are, and were pointed out to the kale salat and the skinny [censored] pizza. that was it, except two desserts. at least the server knew what vegan means. the aromen were good and we enjoyed our meal, but it is a bit misleading to advertise vegan options and only offer an salat and a pizza.

According to the waiter, three dishes are on the menu and one dessert vegan: the skinny [censored] pizza, quinoa salat and wild mushroom truffle penne. “Vegan options” and “Tofu cheese available” were printed on the menu that I appreciated. I decided to order the pasta. after the very helpful waiter assured me at least twice that it was in the did vegan, the court came with parmesan cheese crushed up. no warning whose fault that was, but the pasta itself was ok. my cynical side began to ask if it was actually vegan
