Subway - Guasti

The workers here are usually under the influence from what I've heard from them walking in, and I thinks its effecting quality, the past few times they've had small mess ups. Today I ordered a new melt and got a normal toasted sandwich, I also ordered atotal of 2 subs and one did not have double protein and both did not have any sauces. It's bothering because we pay almost11/12$ a sub now so I'd like it to at least have sauce.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I've only eaten here once out of the 5 times I lve attempted to. They always have the door locked while they stand in the back and they don't answer the door or the phone. They saw me standing there and justignored me. Horrible customer service. The management and staff all need to be replaced.

Horrible. Manager has no people skills. Messed up my order, asked to fix, denied. I never really liked coming here and now I will never come back. Went over to jersey mikes instead. Pay a little more but get much better quality of everything.

I took a 20 min walk to go there to get dinner. I showed up at 6pm... THEY HAD NO BREAD AVAILABLE. How to you run a sandwich business where you customer can't get a sandwich because the employees forgot to cook bread for the dinner rush. If themanager is there, like they should be he or she is not doing their job at all. I'm going to try the one inside Walmart nexttime.
