Baita Del Poeta - GUARDIAGRELE

I went for a trip to the opposite of majella with native and supervised friends. after a simple walk in the forest we came to a clearing and we were surprised to find the beautiful baita. the name means the poet’s chalet and it is immersed in a beautiful kiefer and book forest. we sat outside on a rustic table, where we enjoyed the peace and quiet of nature. the food was excellent. we all had a nice time and I am determined to go back.

They sit outside in the woods on simply le wooden tables and eat honest, rustic but tasty eating with some local wine.. great time. the pale paste and the cheesecake are an explosion!

We were a group of people on a beautiful October day. We hiked up along the mountain ridge for an hour and then had lunch. Ravoli with a Pesto of Nettles Amazing! Was truly a highlight of our trip.

Baita del Poeta is located at a beautiful spot in the woods of the Maiella National Park. Food is good. Had antipasti freddo, ravioli with pumkin sauce, plate with all kinds of grilled meat and tiramisu. All very delicious and worth the money (inexpensive Service...is nice with easygoing young people.
