Totem Rst - Guardamar del Segura

We booked this restaurant and arrived about 20 minutes early, knowing there was a bar area where we could hopefully have a pre dinner drink. We literally could not get served, and when the time to go into the restaurant arrived and we attempted to get our table (with no pre-dinner drink achieved), the 3 visible staff started arguing with each other and made no attempt to take our name or welcome us. We left. There were, at a max, 20 people drinking or dining at the time. Strangest experience in a restaurant for a very long time.

Cool interior with details east European style. Food made with at least some consideration and a little bit of heart. But service has a lack of all apart of bringing the plates to the table. 7 tables and 6 uniformed waiters 2 civilians didn’t seem to be bothered enough to ask about anything at all. I literally had to catch a waiter to order wine and water. Very disappointed.

This was our first visit here, we went with another couple. The look and feel of the restaurant was lovely and relaxing. The staff very attentive but not too much. We ordered a few of tapas/starters and have to say every one of them was delicious and perfect. We will definitely be returning as it was a memorable dining experience.
