I was very surprised to find a place in guadalajara with so many delicious vegan options. It's not the basic vegetable grill, you almost have to beg. in virtually any Spanish bar can do nothing without meat or animal derivatives; and here they are, food bar that appeases with the corresponding vegan soup. which is basically changing one ingredient for another and putting some affection on it. It's cozy the place and the guy who treated us very kind. I repeat without a doubt.
