La Pacha Mama - Guadalajara

Looking at the name Pacha Mama you would think Peruvian ceviche or seafood. Don't make my same mistake. This is more of a bar for night time than a weekend delight for your pallet. We ordered esparragus in a ribeye chicharron, the meat was in a sweet gravy like sauce, dissing all the purpose of the ribeye grind (that should be friend like calamari) so we sent it back and ordered an anchovy pizza which is the worst pizza I have ever had, not even the kiddie frozen supermarket types are this bad. Again it was sweet with a "spcial sauce" not mentioned on the pizza's description. The manager was great and the staff has very good service (like night club waiters do in Mexico) but stay away from the food altogether
