Bidrage med feedbackAbsolutely unbelievable sincean burger and classic poutine. the burger was really fleshy. can't believe it, they're making their side-home. they have real Oaxaca cheese and vegan cashew cheese. the engraving is a thick mushroom engraving and was soou creamy. I also want to add that the owner is a great man. he gives to the guy who makes eating in the back, the other half to have homeless, a free vegetarian or vegan meal in his restaurant. this is a great place to put her money in the direction! also made for a burger, two poutins, and 5 deep-fried veggie rolling with an incredible diving sauce in-house, we paid for drowned and felt great about where our money went and how awesome it was. can not recommend this place enough! get the mushroom gravy on fried and sincean burger safe!
After eating Mexican food for about one month we have found something else eaten and pinche poutine! the poutine was excellent as the veggie burger (I had tofu and my friend had mushroom.) the owner was super friendly and there is a nice place to sit outside in an inn. if they want something different than Mexican food, while in guadalajara I recommend 100%.
As a kanadier traveling through mexiko, I am happy to have found lpinche poutine! the first (and only? poutinería en guadalajara, if not quite mexiko. and as vegetarian since 1982 I am even happier to order from a place where I do not need. to have the knife cleaned, or to use a separate grill, etc. a classic poutine grit and a Mexican maul throw are both vegan with a Shijitake paw stock instead of bark or chicken boullion. the chipotle BBQ sauce is freshly made with local chiles and agave. I recommend the Mexican macho roasted plantains with cheese curds, salsa barbacoa and panko. I also like the poutine de mi abuela pommes, mozzarela, gravy classique. try them with a fresh daily agua de jamaica, piña, guyaba, or limón instead of a chela bien helodia because lpinche poutine! as the time of this review has not yet received a beer and wine license.

As a Canadian travelling through Mexico, I am thrilled to have found ¡Pinche Poutine!, the first (and only?) "Poutinería" en Guadalajara, if not all of Mexico. And as a vegetarian since 1982, I am even happier to order from a place where I don't need to ask to have the knives cleaned, or to use a separate grill, etc. A classic poutine gravy and a mexican mole are both vegan -- made with a shiitake mushroom stock instead of beef or chicken boullion. The chipotle BBQ sauce is made fresh with locally sourced chiles and agave. I recommend the "Mexican Macho" -- fried plantains with cheese curds, salsa barbacoa, and panko. I also like the poutine "de Mi Abuela" -- fries, mozzarela, gravy classique. Try them with a fresh daily "agua" de jamaica, piña, guyaba, or limón instead of a "chela bien helodia" because ¡Pinche Poutine!, as the time of this review, hasn't yet obtained a beer and wine license.
