Mcdonald's - gton-Fayette

Would give zero stars if I could. The McDonald’s is Welcome is pathetic. Parked in curbside cause I had two very impatient kids with me (lol) and ordered on the app. My car sat still for so long that my air conditioning went hot. Waited for 30 mins…NOTHING. So then I got in the line, told them I never got my order and showed them where my order is now showing in my previous orders. They denied ever getting an order come through even though I WAS LITERALLY SHOWING THE LADY MY APP. She was like oh nothing we can do..um what? Saw the time stamp of my order and everything. Didn’t even offer a drink or anything.

Don't know why they always get my order wrong. I ordered the burrito meal, steak egg and cheese meal and 2 extra steak egg and cheese bagels. I got 5 burritos and one steak egg and cheese meal. Missing 2 steak egg and cheese sandwichs and those aren't cheap. Tried calling but it keeps making a beep sound when no one picks up. Maybe I might have to take it as a loss. Order number 1949 at 8:30am.

Got my order wring as usual.... not surprised at all.

Was told I couldn't order a frappe cause they were cleaning the machine.... It was 5:20 p.m. Nowhere near closing time.....

Great experience. I appreciate the people working very much.
