Chick-fil-a In Lex - gton-Fayette

I don't remember the last time I've seen a smile here, or heard a Thank You or My Pleasure. Something is off here culture-wise

The food is great as always however there is ONE little thing that is almost 95% of the time messed up. My husband and I always order a market salad and we always have to check the bag to make sure all the toppings packets are there. They aren’t. It begins to feel personal when it happens on the regular.

Stopped in for lunch and wasn't disappointed. Ordered on the app, came inside and took a seat, identified our table and waited just a couple of minutes for our order. Food was hot fresh and tasty. Update On a dinner trip the food was still top notch, but the atmosphere wasn't as good. I realize that it isn't the restaurant's fault that the customers were too loud, especially the girl watching her phone with the volume far too loud.

Really really good food, definitely recommend this place just for a quick stop. Long line but worth the wait

First time trying out a Chick-fil-A. The food and service were fine. We didn't know how things were done, so we felt slightly lost. Everything turned out well and we enjoyed our meal.
