DO NOT COME TO THIS KFC!! SPECIALLY FOR MOBILE ORDER!! THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT WHEN YOU COME PICK UP LIKE IF YOU JUST ORDER SO I DONT SEE THE POINT FOR ONLINE ORDER!! 50 MINUTES WAITED SINCE I PLACED ORDER. NO APOLOGIES FOR THE WAIT 5 EMPLOYEES SUPPOSEDLY WORKING, HEARD THE MANAGER SAYING WAITING ON CHICKEN AND IF I WANT TO WAIT I CAN WAIT IF NOT I CAN GO, WHILE I SEE CARS ON DRIVE THRU GETTING THEIR FOOD, EVERYONE IN THE BACK HAVING A MEETING AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE. KFC COVINGTON SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN, SHOULD HAVE GONT TO KFC IN MONROE, THATS WHAT I GET FOR TRYING TO SAVE 5 MINUTE DISTANCE SMH

Gone there multiple times and the biscuits are hard and chicken under or over cooked... well Friday July 5,2024 day in the drive thru for five minutes only to be greeted with negative energy at the window. People should not volunteer to give their service to others if it's not friendly. And somehow I gave my order at the window, again, and It was still wrong. How is it that everyone their has an attitude. Makes one wonder about what's in or on the food. Sad thing is this place in convenient for my elders.

Chicken was spoiled, they admitted it. Gave me 5.00$ back on a 17.00 bill.Then they acted like I was the problem! I was being rude?? Never again!

We ordered and sat at a table. We ordered chicken mac and cheese and green beans. When we went to get cutlery they didn't have.

It was terrible service, they did not give me a spoon to eat the salad and the puree, and they also had people sleeping inside the premises, terrible service, I will definitely not return
