Chopps Italian Steakhouse And In Burl

Made reservations, was seated and walked out after 15 minutes. No one came to our table. The restaurant did not look busy but there seemed to be some event going on in the hotel. Waste of my time and too late to make reservations at another place on a Saturday evening. We do not get a date night all that often so it was very disappointing.

Everything was horrible as far as food . The appetizers were terrible and tasted like they were microwaved, the chicken was inedible and the deserts were tasteless. Stay away

Great time at Chopps for quick apps and wine. Live music was a treat too.

The place is really nice and the ambiance is really relaxed, seems like a good spot to have a drink. I got the food to go, so I did not take pictures since that is not their best presentation. I got their fried squid and anion rings. I chose the squid because I saw a table with it and the portion was big (for an appetizers) and it looked good. The order took a very long time and the squid was a little warm when I got to my room, the onion rings were very disappointing, the to-go box portion was small and the onion rings were not fully cooked, doughy and a lot of batter. Would not recommend at all. If you have different options take them, if you are in the hotel like I was and can't go out. Avoid the onionrings and eat it there, maybe your food will come with the condiments that you are supposed to gey, and you don't have to make trips down to the restaurant. Over all, would not recommend.
