The staff was very rude. They put too much sugar when asked they said the cannot do anything about it

Poor customer service, overpriced drinks/food, and diminishing portion sizes (popcorn chicken portions decreased over 50% . I brought up a concern today and there was no effort from the staff to fix my concern it seemed like they did not really care. It is better to go to any nearby place such as cafe bali to get boba at a much more reasonable price

Just DON 'T try it. Went there on October 11th, first couple sips of the smoothie, there were plastic chunks. My friend had never had Boba before so wasn 't sure on the first sip, but the second sip he knew something was wrong and pulled a nickel size plastic piece out of his mouth. We immediately threw both our smoothies in the trash, mine honestly didn 't taste good anyways, and we started just walking out but figured we should tell them what happened so it didn 't happen to anyone else. The girls eyes just widened, she didn 't have anything to say. I asked for a refund and she just replied Ummmm I don 't know how to do that . What a JOKE!!!!! Seriously just, stay away from this place.

You should update your hours if your closed at 5pm on at Thursday
