El Centenario Mexican Grill - gton Gap

Our food was so fast to come out that there was no way it was cooked fresh. I ordered the arroz con pollo and it was still cool when it made it to the table. My husband payed $15 for fajitas that was a very small portion. We spent $45 and the food was mediocre at best.

Rude disrespectful and by reading other reviews I'm not the only one. Got my order wrong and guy at front desk is the most inconsiderate person I've ever meet.

I have always been a fan of el centenario in Pennington! Their employees are rude but their food was always good. I typically eat there about once a week but after today I won’t ever eat there again. They no longer take an order over the phone so I went to place my order online and twice it told me “order not accepted “ so the third time it said “ordered accepted” apprantly they ended up with two ordered even though it was only acceptabed the one time! A coworker went to pick it up for me and they refused to give me my food unless I bought the other order too, even though it was there ordering system at fault and not me! I even spoke to them out there and explained what happened and they still refused to give me the food I paid for all because I wouldn’t buy the duplicate order! Did they not think “hey that looks like a duplicate let’s make sure that’s correct” no they didn’t because apparently on top of having the worst service around here they dont have any sense either! So now I’m angry, pregnant and at work with no food!!!

Excellent food! And very fast service. Highly recommend?
