Bidrage med feedbackI visited the store to pickup my online order. My pickup time was at 6:45PM, and I arrived to the store at that time. There were many people waiting at the online pickup area who were not being helped. I waited over 30 minutes before Paula came over to acknowledge that I was waiting for an online order. She asked my name and walked away. I continued to wait while other got their orders and left. After an hour of waiting, I tried to speak to Luis and Ant, but they were both actively ignoring me. All of the employees were making the in-store orders and allowing them to pay and leave. The in-store orders were moving way faster and no one was packing the online orders. I continued to try to get their attention, but they were refusing to make eye contact and ignoring me. Finally, Cedrick came and was shocked that I was still waiting for my food for over an hour. It was 8:00 when he came over and said he would check on it. He went to speak to Luis about it, and Luis brushed him off about it and thought it was funny that we were waiting for more than an hour while others had gotten their food and left. Finally, Paula came over and said that they were out of rangoons and was trying to give me my order without them. I asked if she could refund me for it or substitute it, and then she offered to substitute it.
Coral Springs nasty restaurant. Ongoing problem since I started to order in 2019. Ordered on portal to be ready at 7:30PM My wife had to go back and waited until 8:20 PM I kept asking the bunch of teenagers without management at all where was my food. My wife had a baby in the car and she really had to scream on those teens to get our food. No fortune cookies in the box. No napkings nor any of the things in addition to our food. Box of brocolli was 3/4 full and it tasted propane somehow. I have the picture if needed. That is a common issue at this location. I believe it will continue to happen because I complaint before an it does NOT change a thing.
