We came in the middle of nowhere and without reservation, neither for a room, nor for a seat at the dining table. but thanks to the eloquent recipe this was not a problem and we were directed to the graphic cronstedt suite, a very pleasant place, all for us, in a yellow villa with hammocks before our veranda. this traditional restaurant in mountain areas is also where the Swedish cookery is located and explains the love to eat, which is served both at breakfast and at dinner, which was of excellent quality. the wine list is filled with the classic French clarets and burgundern, certainly a good investment for the owners. during our visit was mainly the Swedish upper middle class, which they find in different posh riots in other periods of the year. recommended for the moderately prosperous ones who have a quiet afternoon at the bar or play boule.

I must note that there is a good number of young people working here, gaining experience in the culinary field. Customers should be understanding and patient during their visit, as these young individuals are learning and growing in their gastronomic careers.
