Back from Toulouse, we decided to have lunch on the side of Gruissan on the beach. It was 13h50 and we had little hope of being accepted to eat and it was our great and pleasant surprise. A charming person installed us on an unbuilt table. And as too rarely the server was of great professionalism despite its young age. Everything was done in order, without forgetting, all in the perfect timing and without forgetting. A master's hand service in a festive and joyful atmosphere. Bravo. For information, we took dryers and a bottle of rosé was very good. Refaire sans hesitation
