Starbucks - Grovetown

Exceptional customer service. I have a unique name and it is never guessed/spelled right when I order a drink, which is, of course, not a big deal. The baristas working at this Starbucks took the time to look at my app to see how my name was spelled, and called it correctly when my order was ready. It was an incredibly sweet gesture that made my entire day. And my drink was delicious too!

This is the best Starbucks, hands down! I do wanna say though, my boy Dylan the barista left, and now they keep running out of cold brew. I love my cold brew, please stop running out ????

These Baristas are the best in the business! Their drinks are always spot on and they definitely care about their clientele! 10/10!

Drive thru 8 cars long and no movement.I went inside and couldn?t order because the worker getting off rang her order up and than had to get her wallet from back room .so the line inside was held up.I left never had it been this bad but lately it has. I was very disappointed in the service.
