Taqueria El Guero - Grover Beach

I'm at a loss for words. Me and my girlfriend wanted to try a new Mexican food place, went to the trailer and are blown away. The birria tacos are absolutely incredible messy but what good food isn't? The quesadilla add birria, equally as fantastic. And the Horchata is unreal. This is our new weekly spot.

Amazing! We had the carne asada burritos and quesadillas! The carne Asada was so flavorful and the homemade flour tortillas were amazing. We also got the chips and salsa and the salsa was divine. If you are looking for a fresh, more authentic, delicious meal this is your place! We have a 9 yr old, 13 yr, and two 17yr olds and everyone said it was the best!

Fantastic food engineer to perfection, with excellent service. Eating is always fresh, delicious. special curve-side service for people with physical impediments, more than you can expect. total, courtesy consistency by the personal, food quality, exterior seat and presentation seals the deal

Had gotten birria tacos. Would have loved to try them but unfortunately they were covered with avocado sauce as well as the salsa and I have an allergy to avocado, had I known that was added to the tacos I would have made sure to say something but we didn't notice until we had already gotten home. I'm sure they would have been great though.

Excellent Al Pastor taco plate with super tasty homemade tortillas. Very good pickled carrots. Three tacos and it was plenty to fill me up. I prefer this truck over many long time establishments in 5 cities. I beleve they can do it better because the are a smaller operation. I can't beleive the reviewers on here who say it's pricy. For the best homemade corn tortillas and meat piled high, you totally get your money's worth.
