Mongo's Saloon - Grover Beach

The owner was great and the food was delicious! My friend enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and was so full of that none of us could even think about starting the delicious salad we ate the next day. I had the Mac and cheese with sauce torn pork. I'm sure it was enough for two, but I was really ravenous when I got it. I can't believe I ate the whole thing! It was so good and I was so filled that I didn't eat until the next day. The pulp was great after the microwiss for thirty seconds and fresh and tasty next night with beer. I highly recommend this place and I will go back to get the fish and shrimp combo safe!

The first time at Mongo. Nice Saturday morning, so we ate outside. Our waitress was very friendly and served. We had the Spinat Benedict and ham, bacon, cheese omelet. The food was pretty good, the **** Marys were great! You don't know where else you can go to get as good as a **** Mary of $4.50. Will go back there.

Lunch at 3 Fat Guy's Diner in the Mongo Sallon building the same owner. Very good food and lots of it! Jessie, our waitress, was very funny and helpful. We'll be back.

Love this place even with all this covid-19 issues. Tom has made every effort to keep us happy on the outside. He has set up a great backboard that has I believe four TVs that he sets up in the tent outside he has brought in a heater that actually warms up a very large area. I have ordered the wings with my little Yorkie absolutely enjoys and I love them they're cooked perfection. Couldn't ask for better company great servers great bartenders and happy to be able to go there. Go there often each week and always happy.
