The best Japanese restaurant in the groveland area! It is a go-to restaurant if you want fresh sushi and AMAZING food from the kitchen. Not only that, the servers and employees were extremely kind and knowledgeable I would definitely come back here again! Honestly, I have no idea what the food tasted like. It was probably fine. I've had better sushi. The truly disappointing part was the service. We sat down as the only people in the restaurant and placed our order before anyone else came in our sat down, by the time we EVENTUALLY got our food 4 other parties were seated and all had their main courses, in the meantime all we had was water and dishes from soup sitting there. So relatively unimpressed. The waitress was working really hard, I don't fault her, I have no idea what the holdup was. We were starving. We lived in Okinawa, Japan for over 8 years and have made the lifestyle our own, but once we returned stateside we felt a bit out of place especially when it came to cuisines. My husband missed the Four Seasons Oruko so much that we literally tried soooo many hibachi places to satisfy the hunger and feeling of Okinawa. They all failed in some aspect. Until We ordered here!!! Watashitachiha aishiteimasu Ikaho Sushi!!! And are forever loyal customers! Taste like Japan. Even if we aren’t in Okinawa ordering here is like we are still there. Solid sushi spot, their miso soup tastes great here. They serve a very wide selection of sushi and sashimi. This is probably the best sushi place in Groveland.
