This 9 times michelin listed restaurant is an eco-smooth and unapologetic tasty eating. the owner, camelia is the most dedicated, passionate, intellectually revered cook I met. she's an understatement. at two visits we tested nima the largest part of the menu. where we discovered gluten (two dishes,) it would not stop until the dish came gluten-free. just because she had to understand. you can't miss it in Italian.

The food was amazing. Everything was freshly prepared with attention to every detail of flavor and presentation. We even ordered a second main for our daughter because she loved her meal so much. Wine was fantastic. Service friendly and helpful. They adjusted for food allergies without any issues. The inside of the restaurant transports you back in time. We would absolutely go back.

Another exceptional meal and perfect service! Such a treat to be back in this lovely restaurant enjoying the superb food and well selected wine list. Sublime onion soup with pastry crust was fantastic followed by fish stew divine. The four of us shared and tasted and all dishes were a delight. We became a little more protective over our desserts that we were unwilling to give away. Thank you Camilia for what you create in your gem of a restaurant. We cannot wait to come back.

Small but well-furnished was a pleasant discovery in the historic center of large. attentive and efficient service. dishes even if they retrace the Tuscan tradition are innovative. excellent carpaccio of tonnetta the cheek and the cacciucco.a little too salty the gnocchi di mare. sublime the cream burned. share on twitter
