Choose 1 star really only because it is necessary. I was at this place a few times and had relatiw average experiences. but today my experience was extremely frustrating to say the least. I came into the load pumped and excited for a smoothie around 5:50 to discover that the load had decided to close early. I knocked on the door and dared the people inside, so that the workers looked at me and then talk to each other as if I were invisible. I saw 4 other customers coming to the door shortly after me to suffer the same fate. I have disappointed and despised myself. I understand that they want to close early, even after a long day, so that they can quickly come home after their shift, but if they literally try outside customers to apply their business during their planned and published business hours, it would be polite if appropriate to open the door.

I've never gotten a bad smoothie from this place. my smoothie is always perfect. a lot to personal!

That was my second time to buy at this place. first experience was great, but today the smoothie was kind of watery, almost tasty, it was melted so that I called and they had no problem making new smoothies. but the newly made smoothie had so much ice that u could hardly taste the taste. I gave 3 stars because my daughter said she was in order and the customer service was great.
