Wendy's - Grosse Pointe Farms

Wendy's on-line ordering is terrible. It doesn't indicate if the restaurant is out of any items. When you go to pick it up, they can't change it or make substitutions for missing items. You have to call Wendy's customer service to get a refund. Customer service is only open Monday to Friday. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Don't go here if your hungry. This Wendy's has gone downhill. The employees play around too much. With each other and the customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I just left this location. I SPECIFICALLY asked if they had UNSWEETENED iced tea. I was told yes. I get back to work and...the tea is SWEET!!! Y'all need to pay closer attention to people when we make an order. I am a diabetic and am not supposed to drink sugar sweetened drinks! ZERO stars from me today! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
