My wife made a 5:30 PM reservation for 9/7 some time ago (8/25) to compliment our planned evening out to celebrate our 25 year anniversary. She just got a call that our reservation was cancelled, and we were bumped for a private event. Not even an apology and message was delivered very cold heartedly without any regard for our impact. After taking several months away from Bronze Door due to disappointing dishes, I was blown away with their new menu additions and delicious creations.
