3rd week i go there and the credit card machine is out of order and they say cash only at the desk. very inconveniant will rather go to the other KFC from now on where thy accept cards Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Rude and unhelpfull. Waited 10 min for our order to be taken in the DRIVE THRU Service: Take out Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not very happy, because there is no delivery option and not everybody has a car or can drive around. These options below is what they lose daily for customers. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150

Terrible! They are taking forever to get something done. You cant order at the window. They hold you up to order over a tablet and then you wait 30 min just to pick up tour food!

So we ordered 2 dunked crunch boxes. Sharina was the helper who took our order the time was 13:07 15/01/2023 she was extremely rude. And spoke in her own language while looking to us while discussing with her manager when I asked her to change something on our order Please let KFC management check into this, it is unacceptable Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
