Urban Pantry - Griffith

My oldest daughter found this place while on a recent family trip and recommended to lunch. the place was packed (which is a good sign) and now we know why. the lunch was excellent. I had a bark roll on the daily. Special board was, and the girls had a burger they both enjoyed very busy, but meals served fast, staff friendly and helpful then there was the coffee, well, it was so good that we came back 2 times while we were there for more. brilliant. we're coming back!

First and last visit, decorated eggs were cold on p of cold toast,extra hot coffee, which was requested in reality tepid, hopefully the owners answer not be, thank alastair, it should not be too difficult to simply eat hot and, possibly with a smile, not to serve a ground. to come or back,

Both coffees didn't even come up, looked like someone had already drunk. the coffee was bitter and burned tasting, looks like they need to clean the machine more often. the service is terrible with minimal attention to clean tables. eating is too expensive and not so good in quality or taste. a toast with only one piece of bread.

On Wednesday for lunch. asked if they had leaf tea, but as tee bags come. the wife had the salat and the leaves were good enough for our compost bin to house. coffee was usual. of a young guy who should have washed his clothes last week. we will not be back

Went on a Tuesday lunchtime. Was fairly busy, slightly cold. The prices are about $20 for a meal, but the meals are amazing. We got the pulled lamb burger which had cucumber and taziki. It was beautifully fresh and excellent flavour. I got the steak...sandwich, the caramelised onion was perfect, the bread was warm but fresh, the food felt light and was super filling. chips had awesome flavouring. The flavour was amazing, service was quick and customer service was great. Will definitely be returning.
