Timmy's Kitchen - Griffith

I visited Canberra for the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend and was looking for a restaurant in Manuka on Sunday night. I've been past Timmy's in the past and decided to try it out this time. I was not disappointed both the food and the...service were very good. It was clearly a popular restaurant many dine in customers and a constant stream of takeaway orders. Will definitely eat there again, when next in Canberra.

Street parking can be a bit hard to find. Friendly service. Opened on New Year Day. Malaysian chinese cooking.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 40 years. It was a favourite of my parents and the original Timmy became their friend. The crispy chilli beef is excellent as is the shantung chicken. If you're in the vicinity it's a must.

Popped in for a quick, early dinner before the cricket. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was served fast and was really yummy. 4 kids loved it as did we. Restaurant was full when we left which is always a good sign. Will visit again!

Very satisfying meal at Timmy's Kitchen for five. We chose 4 plates to share and rice. There was enough for everyone, and we loved the Fried Ice Cream, Sago pudding and Coconut Banana desserts. Quick and efficient service, happy to accommodate us as we walked...in without a booking on a Tuesday. Reasonable cost too, so ticks all the boxes!
