Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Sat at the order box for over fifteen minutes with no one answering. Drove up to the window and the employees continued to look at us but not come to help. Absolutely horrible experience. I recommend hiring people who will actually do their job.

Often visit for breakfast. Always good and people are friendly mostly. Just tried the chicken the other day and I may start a lunch visit. Not just the chicken was decent but the sides were worth eating as well.

2 steak biscuits were go..got 2 sausage and egg biscuits and could not eat them ,bottom of biscuits was hard has a rock. Went online and did a survey and NO ONE called me back

Go in to eat...At around 7:30 in the Evening. They had beans and all the sides in Plastic Take out Bags sitting in the pans in the Warmer.. Too lazy to prep food right and use the right Pans and Utensels..Scooping food our of take out bags Got half ofour order and Waited for 15 minutes fot the rest of our food...For them to tell us that they were not cooking anymore for and gave us a Refund.. Only reason we stopped and ate there was because a bunch of us was traveling and we did not feel likelooking for another place to eat..

The lady's at the front counter are always nice and whoever cooked does a fantastic job steak egg and cheese Biscuits with Bo rounds yummy ????
